The FLP4000 is a pressure vessel type machine with or without buffer silo. This fully automatic machine is mainly used for “SPOT” repairs to ladles or ovens. High reliability, smooth flow and low maintenance are its main features.

OCM-030 : Rotor blasting machine

The OCM-030 COMPATTA is a robust, easy-to-use rotor machine. The exclusive hydraulic closing system of the rotor between the two lubricated rubber seals allows it to be used even in extreme situations, such as refractory lining of chimneys up to 100 m high. In fact, the machine is suitable for dry spraying refractory masses, gunite and concrete in effective volumes of 0.3 to 3.5 m3/h. In particular, the OCM-030 COMPATTA is widely used in the refractory sector for ordinary or extraordinary furnace maintenance in steelworks, incinerators, cement plants, etc. The machine can be supplied with a water pump wired to the same electrical panel.

The ocmer can also be fitted with a large-capacity silo. Ease of use, reliability, adjustable flow and smooth operation are its main features.

TUND3000: Spraying machine for distributor

We offer 2 types of machine: a BASIC model and a standard model. The basic model has been developed to offer a reliable, solid semi-automatic machine at a very attractive price. It will be used for lower production rates or for capping slag tanks.

The standard model (next page) is more imposing, automated and mainly used for high-speed projection of tundishes. This machine is supplied according to customer specifications. (weighing, silo level sensor, special automation, etc.)
