Roller vision testing machine (1in/5sec)
Thanks to a series of high-speed cameras and Rovi-tech's neural image processing, this machine can inspect metal parts to very high precision.
The micro-scratches are marked on each side of the parts, which are rotated and turned by the machine to ensure total control. On leaving the machine, the parts are sorted by quality class.
