Refurbishment of shredders
After several years of operation, these glass crushers showed significant wear on hammers, counter-hammers, bearings and inner plates.
Our job was to re-weld anti-wear sheet metal on all the faces of the shredders, reload the faces of the hammers and counter-hammers with special welding, rebuild new bearings cut from the mass of existing models after having drawn up the plans, realign the shafts and transmissions, recondition the geared motors and put the shredders back into service.
