Eddy current testing of rolling bearings
Qualified by leading bearing manufacturers in the aerospace sector, this machine provides NDT (Non Destructive Testing) quality control of bearing rollers using Eddy Current at a rate of 5.5 seconds/piece.
The rollers are first demagnetized, and then subjected to an eddy current test, which detects any changes in the magnetic field induced in the part, and thus any internal defects in the rollers. This is followed by a complete dimensional check, enabling the rolls to be sorted according to their actual size.
