About us

History

Founded in the early 1990s by the Desimone brothers, the company offered custom machine manufacturing and industrial maintenance services, mainly in the glass sector.

Taken over in the early 2000s by its current owners, the company quickly set up an in-house design office, called Industrie & Développement, to offer a complete range of special machines, including the design phase. It also began to diversify into new sectors, notably aerospace and food.

Our evolution has since anticipated market trends: the complexity and extraordinary technological evolution of Industry 4.0 guides our steps, and leads us to intervene increasingly upstream of process automation. Our customers now sometimes involve us right up to the design phase of their products, in order to maximize their future production efficiency.

The team and infrastructure have kept pace with this evolution: with over 5000 m2 of production halls and offices at our Farciennes site, our team continues to grow, both in terms of numbers and skills, while retaining our strength: the proximity between the design and manufacture of our machines.
